Place circles in the middle of the cancellation
circle. You can use a push pin in the center to pivot
letters around as you use them but it is not absolutely
necessary. They work well just being carefully rotated
in the "frame." An ink pen can be used but
a pencil works well for this. Leads in lead holders,
while not necessary, work well with this stencil.
