Meet the Stamp Artists

The more cards I made, the more fun I had. Before long friends were telling me I should start selling the cards.

My hobby has turned into a small cottage business*

* Deb's "Cottage Business" is Paper Rose, which has just recently opened. She has taken the e-business plunge and is producing hand made cards for sale at a new Internet site. Looking for a gift or just want some lovely hand made cards at the ready (for those rare times when you just don't have time to do-it-yourself)?

Below are samples of cards you can expect to see in a packet. I was "gifted" a generous set by Deb (thank you very much) and couldn't bear for you not to see them.

They are so professionally packaged....a plastic box for the set and each card in its own protective glassine envelope. Great colors/textures. A lot of fun! Good luck on this venture Deb.

As everyone knows, wonderful as it is to be able to scan images to share, the scans seldom do justice to the textures and subtleties that make hand crafted works so special.

These scans of course do not approach the quality of the cards.

Also....Deb used the "recycle" stamp on several of them. If I ever get through admiring them and use them, they are all going out with "inserts" and the recycle message. These are much too lovely for a one time use!
